Returns and Exchanges

We sell both new and used products, and while we work to make sure that each and every item is in 'Like New' condition, normal wear is expected. We only sell disc based media complete with cases and artwork; cartridge based games may not have the original box and manual. We perform quality checks at the point of purchase and also before we ship, however in case there are problems we do offer a defective repair or replace warranty

  • New and used products are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from delivery date. We do our best to only ship out “like new” product. However, if you receive an item that is unplayable or the wrong item, please let us know right away by emailing

    A return shipping label will be provided for approved returns and if we are unable to replace your item we will issue a refund back to your form of payment once we receive the item back.

  • If you are an All Access Member you earn store credit for every qualified purchase both in stores and online. In the instance where a refund is necessary, we will deduct the equivalent amount of store credit earned from your purchase.

  • For items that are not defective, you can contact us at via email with your order# and reason for the return. If your return request is approved, you can ship the item back for a refund. Approved non-defective returns must be sent in original packaging, be unopened and in mint “new” condition. In these cases, we do not provide a shipping label, it is the customers responsibility to return the item to Tradepost Entertainment.
