Description

When an evil presidential candidate (Corbin Bernsen) tries to use the world's most advanced computer system to control the minds of the people, a future war begins. Revel forces download the brain of their lost leader (Bruce Campbell) into Menno (Bill Campbell), a mild-mannered computer guy. With his new incredible strength, massive brainpower and an awesome adrenaline rush, Menno gets smart, tough and into action.
